Nalon srl tackles the crisis by renewing its range of services
With over 50 employees and a turnover in excess of €5 million, Nalon Srl is tackling the pandemic crisis by renewing its range of services.
The company, based in Oriago di Mira (VE) and founded in 1989, designs and installs civil and industrial technological systems for customers throughout the Triveneto region.
The subject of energy transition has always been a focus for Nalon, as managing director Andrea Cipelli explains: "The market is changing rapidly. This motivates us, on the one hand, to keep up to date with new technologies and, on the other hand, to invest in staff training.
The advent of the Coronavirus brought about a significant change in the activities of the company based on the Riviera del Brenta. "Fortunately, we have never stopped working, even though major changes have been necessary," says Cipelli. The diversification of supply, on the other hand, has helped to reduce the impact of the crisis: "We have seen an increase in certain types of activity, such as in mass retail. Our interventions in the hotel sector, on the other hand, have been reduced to zero," he adds. Sanitation is a service that was founded with the pandemic and is destined to disappear in the future or, at best, to be greatly reduced. Overall, however, we have managed to maintain our level of turnover.
Nalon's continuous search for innovative proposals is accompanied by a marked attention to social issues, especially in the region. The company recently participated in the purchase of a van for the service involving the transportation of disabled people in the municipality of Mira. It also sponsored Veneto Special Sport, an association based in Noale for the promotion of Paralympic Athletics activities.
